Purchases and subscriptions use Google Play Billing. Account identifiers, product IDs, purchase tokens and renewal, cancellation and expiry states are stored in Firebase for payment verification. We do not collect card numbers directly. Ad rewards are checked in the app using the ad SDK completion callback, without separate server verification. The chosen effect and 24-hour pass are saved to your account.
Members of the selected group can see its plan and expiry time. Purchase tokens and raw billing records are not shared with group members. Passes are stored on our server so the same account can retrieve them on another device. Transaction information needed for verification, duplicate prevention, refunds, cancellation or disputes may be retained after account deletion for the necessary period or a period required by applicable law. Deleting your account does not cancel a Play subscription; manage subscriptions in Google Play before deleting your account.
Firestore and our new purchase-verification server currently use the Seoul region (asia-northeast3). Google and Unity authentication, advertising, billing and support systems may process data in other countries. Their privacy policies and applicable law govern their processing and individual rights.
MyMeet uses your account identifier, email, display name and optional profile photo for sign-in and group management. Optional contact details you enter are stored in your private user profile. Group rosters use a separate profile containing only your display name, photo and profile creation date.
Group members can access their group's schedules, attendance and activity records. Authorized organizers can manage membership and group accounting. Information in shared group records is visible to members with access to those records. Avoid entering private contact details in shared notes.
Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage provide authentication and cloud storage. Google Mobile Ads and Unity mediation may process device and advertising information to provide ads. Where required, privacy choices are collected before requesting ads. Profile provides an advertising privacy link when the consent service requires it.
You can edit your name in Profile, reset your password from sign-in, and delete your account from Profile after signing in again. Transfer any group presidency first. Account deletion removes your login, private and public profiles, memberships and join requests. Group-owned activity and accounting history remains with the group. Contact its organizer about information contained in shared history.
Maps and calendar actions open an external application. Review event details before saving. External services handle data under their own policies.
Cloud data is retained while your account and groups are in use. Complete removal from group-owned history or third-party backups is not promised. Firebase protects data during network transport; access rules restrict private profiles to their owner and group activity to authorized members.
For privacy or deletion requests, use the developer contact on MyMeet's Google Play listing. This notice describes implemented app behavior; distribution remains subject to service and regional requirements.
Members read original ledger entries for an authorized month and see dates, income/expenses, amounts and descriptions. Original ledger documents reach members’ devices; do not enter private contact details or sensitive information in the ledger. The ad SDK completion callback unlocks ledger viewing. The app limits downloads to 100 entries per month page and 10 pages per device/account/day. Viewed copies are reused in secure device storage and cleared on sign-out. Months use the group’s reference timezone. These limits do not guarantee a project-wide server spending cap.
Viewed activity records, member results and dates are also saved on your device, separated by account, using secure storage. Saved history has no time expiry. When its storage limit is reached, older months may be removed. An older record page may require a completed rewarded ad before downloading. Signing out or deleting your account clears its saved record copies. Local archive counters limit downloads on this device; they do not guarantee a project-wide cloud spending cap. Saved history can be outdated.
Starting collects precise location during exercise. Tracking continues with a notification when the screen is off and stops when you finish. Routes stay on this device and are not uploaded. Using the result fills only distance and time.
Videos and tools are processed on this device, without server uploads. Selected or recorded videos may remain in the device cache.

MyMeet는 로그인과 모임 운영을 위해 계정 식별자, 이메일, 표시 이름과 선택적 프로필 사진을 사용합니다. 직접 입력한 선택적 연락처와 주소는 개인 사용자 문서에 보관합니다. 회원 명단에는 이름, 사진, 프로필 생성일만 담은 별도 프로필을 사용합니다.
모임 회원은 소속 모임의 일정, 참가 내역과 활동 기록에 접근할 수 있습니다. 권한을 가진 운영진은 회원 관리와 모임 회계를 처리할 수 있습니다. 공유 기록에 입력한 정보는 해당 기록에 접근 권한이 있는 회원에게 보입니다. 공유 메모에 개인 연락처 등 비공개 정보를 입력하지 않도록 주의해주세요.
인증과 클라우드 저장에는 Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore와 Cloud Storage를 사용합니다. 광고 제공을 위해 Google Mobile Ads와 Unity 중개 서비스가 기기·광고 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 광고 요청 전에 개인정보 선택을 확인합니다. 동의 서비스에서 요구하는 경우 프로필 화면에 광고 개인정보 선택 메뉴가 표시됩니다.
프로필에서 이름을 수정하고, 로그인 화면에서 비밀번호를 재설정할 수 있습니다. 최근 로그인 후 프로필에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 맡고 있는 모임 회장 역할은 먼저 양도해야 합니다. 계정을 삭제하면 로그인 계정, 개인·공개 프로필, 모임 소속과 가입 요청을 삭제합니다. 모임 공동 활동 기록과 회계 이력은 모임에 남습니다. 공동 이력에 포함된 정보는 해당 모임 운영진에게 문의해주세요.
지도와 캘린더 기능은 외부 앱을 엽니다. 캘린더 저장 전 내용을 확인해주세요. 외부 서비스는 자체 개인정보 정책에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다.
계정과 모임 이용 기간 동안 클라우드 데이터를 보관합니다. 모임 공동 이력이나 외부 서비스 백업에 포함된 정보까지 완전히 삭제된다고 보장하지 않습니다. Firebase는 통신 중 데이터를 보호하며, 접근 규칙은 개인 프로필을 본인에게, 모임 활동을 권한이 있는 회원에게 제한합니다.
개인정보 문의와 삭제 요청은 MyMeet Google Play 등록정보의 개발자 연락처를 이용해주세요. 이 안내는 구현된 앱의 동작을 설명하며, 배포에는 사용하는 서비스와 해당 지역의 요건이 적용됩니다.

모임 플랜은 지정된 모임 회원에게 유효 플랜과 만료 시점을 표시합니다. 구매 토큰과 결제 원문은 다른 회원에게 제공하지 않습니다. 효과 이용권은 기기를 바꾸어도 같은 계정에서 조회할 수 있도록 서버에 보관합니다. 구매 확인, 중복 지급 방지, 환불·취소·분쟁 처리에 필요한 거래 정보는 계정 삭제 이후에도 필요한 기간 또는 법률에서 요구하는 기간 동안 제한적으로 보관할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제와 정기결제 해지는 별개이므로 계정 삭제 전 Google Play에서 정기결제를 관리하세요.

회원은 허용된 월의 원본 장부를 읽고 날짜·수입/지출·금액·내용을 확인합니다. 원본 장부 문서가 회원의 기기로 전달되므로 장부에 개인 연락처나 민감정보를 입력하지 마세요. 장부 열람 광고는 SDK 완료 콜백으로 확인하며 월별 100건씩, 기기·계정당 하루 10회 다운로드 제한을 앱에서 적용합니다. 확인한 사본은 기기의 보안 저장소에서 재사용하며 로그아웃하면 삭제합니다. 모임의 기준 시간대에 따라 월을 구분합니다. 이 제한은 프로젝트 전체 서버 비용의 상한을 보장하지 않습니다.
확인한 활동 기록·멤버별 결과·날짜도 계정을 구분해 기기의 보안 저장소에 보관합니다. 저장한 기록에는 시간 만료가 없으며 용량 한도에 도달하면 오래된 월부터 정리할 수 있습니다. 이전 기록을 내려받으려면 보상형 광고를 끝까지 시청해야 할 수 있습니다. 로그아웃하거나 계정을 삭제하면 해당 계정의 기록 사본을 지웁니다. 기기의 조회 횟수 제한은 해당 기기의 내려받기를 제한하며 프로젝트 전체의 클라우드 요금 상한을 보장하지 않습니다. 저장된 내용은 최신 기록과 다를 수 있습니다.
시작을 누르면 운동 중 정확한 위치를 수집합니다. 화면을 꺼도 측정 알림과 함께 계속되며 종료하면 수집을 중단합니다. 경로는 기기에만 저장되고 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 기록에 사용하면 거리·시간만 입력됩니다.
영상과 도구는 기기에서만 처리하며 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다. 선택·촬영 영상은 기기 캐시에 남을 수 있습니다.
